Onderweg daar naar toe komen we een begrafenis boot tegen bij Cimitero. We zijn wat vroeg voor onze lunch afspraak en gaan daarom eerst te voet naar het San Marco plein en nemen de Vaporetto terug.<\/p>\n<p><a wat een geweldig stel! Vittorio bewondert de kralen van Joy en Joy is ondersteboven van het werk van Vittorio en wisselen hun werk uit. Dan laat Vittorio onder andere zien hoe hij een vlinder maakt voordat we gaan lunchen. Na de lunch komt de &#8220;special collection&#8221; tevoorschijn. Nog nooit heb ik in een gondola gezeten, zelfs niet in 1984 toen we in Veneti\u00eb op huwelijksreis waren. De gondola is een soort pontje. Hij brengt je binnen een minuut naar de overkant van het Grande Canal. Regelmatig hoor je hier een sirene en vaart er een ambulance boot langs. Op de terug weg is er een hele mooie zonsondergang die ik probeer vast te leggen. We brengen een bezoekje aan Cristina en Carlo&#8217;s studio en na een hapje eten is het weer tijd om te gaan slapen.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De volgende dag gaat Joy met Mauro met glas spelen en Corry en ik gaan naar <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Burano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Burano<\/a>. De dag begint bewolkt waardoor de kleuren van Burano iets minder zijn, maar na de lunch komt gelukkig de zon door. We vinden een leuke winkel met sjaals en oma van 92 komt laten zien dat ze zelf nog steeds kant maakt.<\/p>\n<p><a \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"clear: both;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De bedoeling was om bij de boot een lekker ijsje te eten, maar de lucht en het water zien er zo dreigend uit dat we toch maar snel op de boot stappen terug naar Murano. We lopen snel naar de supermarkt maar dan breekt er een geweldige onweersbui los. We kunnen schuilen, maar worden toch nat want het komt echt met bakken uit de hemel en het zonnescherm lekt aan alle kanten.<\/p>\n<p><a
